Simply add the breading mix or seasoned flour to the bottom section of the Flip-N-Fry, insert the white screen section, place the food on top of the screen, then secure the top. Turn the Flip-N-Fry over and shake, shake, shake! Turn back over so that the breading falls back to the bottom and perfectly breaded food can be easily removed from the screen.
